Get some vitamin C also because vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant which increases your immune cell functions. You can get vitamin C in red peppers, oranges, kiwifruit, green pepper, broccoli (higher when cooked), strawberries, Brussels sprouts, grapefruit, tomatoes, and cantaloupe.

2.      Exercise Regularly:

Some stress is good for our body as it helps your body get ready for a challenge. Regular exercise lowers your risk of developing chronic diseases (like obesity, type 2 diabetes, and heart disease), as well as viral and bacterial infections. Moderate exercises like brisk walking, steady bicycling, jogging, swimming, and light hiking can give boost your immune system.

3.      Get Plenty of Sleep:

We all know that friends and relatives are most important in our lives and these social ties can also have a big effect on your health. You must have been noticed that those who have good, strong and positive surroundings can recover fast from others. So your immune system also depends on your surrounding people. People with healthy relationships are likely to outlive those with poor social ties.
