Fat around the abdomen is more dangerous than around your hips or on your thighs. It can develop type 2 diabetes and heart problems. This all fat is dangerous for us and men and women both are facing this problem, but not to worry. To reduce your belly fat, you need determination and self-confidence only and nothing else.
First, we understand what the reasons for this belly fat are. Many people think that due to over-eating we suffer from fat but it is a half-truth. Here are some points which show the reason for belly fat.
